APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Visit the Registrar's Office during office hours for an Admission Slip
and present the original and photocopies of the requirements.
Proceed to the Cashier's Office during office hours for Admission Fee payment.

Proceed to the respective Guidance Office (Day or 
Night) during office hours for
Admission Exam scheduling and you will be given an exam slip detailing the date and time.

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
FOR PRE-UK AND TRANSFEREES
Original copy of PSA Birth Certificate
Original copy of Latest Report Card of the current school year except for Pre UK)

Admit Pass (given by the LSA Guidance Office after admission test)
Filled-out Registration Form (get a copy from the LSA Guidance Office)
Admission Test Result
FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS
Original Report Card of the current school year
For those taking remedial classes, report card and certificate of completion
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
FOR PRE-UK AND TRANSFEREES
Pre-UK Applicants must be at least 4 years old and UK
Applicants to be b years old of October of the current
school year.
Visit the Guidance Office and fill in the registration
 form and secure the Admit Pass.
Submit all the enrollment requirements to the
Registrar's Office and secure a temporary enrollment slip.
Proceed to the Cashier for payment (present enrollment slip and pay down payment)
FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS
Submit the original report card at the Registrar's Office and secure a temporary enrollment slip.
Proceed to the Cashier for payment (present enrollment slip and pav the down payment).
EDUCATION SERVICE CONTRACTING (ESC) FOR GRADE 7
The government through ESC, gives a subsidy of PHP 11,000.00 per year for four (4) years to qualified Grade 7 students. There is no grade to maintain as long as the students pass the subjects.
